За сприяння Продовольчої та сільськогосподарської організації ООН (ФАО) в Україні на базі Національної референтної лабораторії Франції комах та кліщів, ANSES, м. Монпельє з 16 по 20 березня 2026 року відбулося навчання заступників директора ДУ «Львівська ФВЛ ДПСС» Наталії ТРУХИМ та Марти КОСТЕЦЬКОЇ.

Кожен із п’яти навчальних  днів був розділений на теоретичну та практичну частини. Фахівці вдосконалювали практичні навики ідентифікації карантинних шкідників різних рядів комах, зокрема Coleoptera, Lepidoptera, Diptera. Велику увагу приділено ідентифікації ряду Thysanoptera (трипси) та родині Aleyrodidae (білокрилки), представники яких містяться у Переліку регульованих шкідливих організмів, які відсутні або обмежено поширені на території України.

Фахівців ознайомлено з організацією лабораторії, обладнанням та вимогами щодо роботи персоналу, а також, закцентовано увагу на  важливості співпраці лабораторії з різними науковими установами та організаціями.

Важливим питанням у навчанні було обговорення створення референтної лабораторії та забезпечення функціонування системи управління якістю, а також інтеграцію української системи національної референтної лабораторії у європейську лабораторну мережу .

Окрема подяка організаторам цього навчання, зокрема Шахнозі МУМІНОВІЙ – голові офісу ФАО в Україні, Владиславу СЕДИКУ – експерту глобальних міжнародних проектів ФАО.

Висловлюємо подяку колегам з лабораторії ANSES, зокрема керівнику відділу ентомології та ботаніки Лабораторії здоров’я рослин французької національної референтної лабораторії з питань комах та кліщів Філіпу РЕЙНО за змістовні заняття, цінні поради та гостинність.

Завдяки цьому навчанню здійснено один із важливих кроків для реалізації роботи національної референтної лабораторії України у недалекому майбутньому.

With the support of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Ukraine, based at the French National Reference Laboratory for Insects and Ticks, ANSES, in Montpellier, from March 16 to 20, 2026, a training session was held for Natalia TRUKHIM and Marta KOSTETSKA, deputy directors of the State Institution “Lviv Phytosanitary Testing Laboratory of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.”

Each of the five training days was divided into theoretical and practical parts. The specialists honed their practical skills in identifying quarantine pests from various orders of insects, including Coleoptera, Lepidoptera, and Diptera. Significant attention was paid to the identification of the order Thysanoptera (thrips) and the family Aleyrodidae (whiteflies), representatives of which are included in the List of Regulated Harmful Organisms that are absent or have limited distribution in Ukraine. 

Specialists were familiarized with the laboratory’s organization, equipment, and personnel requirements, and attention was focused on the importance of the laboratory’s cooperation with various scientific institutions and organizations.

An important topic during the training was the discussion of establishing a reference laboratory and ensuring the functioning of a quality management system, as well as the integration of the Ukrainian national reference laboratory system into the European laboratory network.
